Delivered in 10–15 business days. Customs and import duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details by email and WhatsApp.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sohum Sutras, every product undergoes strict quality checks before it is packed and dispatched. We take great care to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, colour variation due to screen settings, or any other non-quality-related concerns.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs and your order details. Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other suitable remedy, at our sole discretion.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
