A super premium pure Katan silk 3-piece unstitched suit set in a deep aubergine purple, woven in the Ektara technique with chrysanthemum-like gold and silver buti scattered across the surface. The dupatta carries the same buti in a denser cluster along its length. Pants fabric included in matching purple. Very versatile — the same fabric drapes beautifully as a co-ord set, a lehenga, or a traditional stitched suit, depending on how you choose to have it made up.

Ektara is a Banarasi weaving technique where the supplementary weft thread travels the full width of the fabric in a single shuttle pass, giving the buti a raised, textured feel while keeping the base silk light enough to drape as a lehenga or co-ord just as easily as a suit. The gold and silver threadwork is worked entirely by hand on the loom.
